Environmental Reclamation Process Animation

Challenge:
The challenge was to create a clear and engaging animation that visually represented complex mining reclamation processes for an executive presentation. The animation had to simplify technical procedures while aligning with the broader sustainability narrative.

Solution:
I created a 3D animated sequence that broke down each reclamation step using detailed 3D modeling and motion graphics. Key actions included:
• Modeling industrial components in Illustrator and Cinema 4D.
• Animating the process flow in Adobe Stager.
• Enhancing clarity with motion graphics in Adobe After Effects.
• Finalizing the animation in Premiere Pro for seamless integration.

Outcome:
The animation successfully simplified the complex process into a concise, engaging format. Stakeholders gained a clear understanding of each step, leading to informed discussions and decisions. It added significant value to the executive presentation.
Holographic Display for NECA Trade Show

Challenge:
As the designer for a new startup, I needed to develop a high-impact trade show booth for the National Electrical Contractors Association Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas. With a limited budget for a 20’ x 30’ booth, the challenge was to create an immersive and attention-grabbing experience that would effectively showcase our product while standing out among well-established competitors.

Solution:
To maximize impact, I designed and developed custom holographic projectors, creating a unique holographic display system that leveraged 3D animation and interactive elements. The execution included:
• Engineering and building proprietary holographic projectors to display floating 3D visuals.
• Creating 80s-inspired hologram videos that enhanced the futuristic aesthetic and brand appeal.
• Strategically positioning holographic displays at all four corners of the booth to maximize visibility
• Designing a hands-on demonstration area at the center to engage attendees.
• Rendering 3D visuals in Cinema 4D, then assembling and finalizing the videos in After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for seamless playback.

Outcome:
The custom-built holographic display system successfully drew attendees into the booth, creating a high-energy and immersive experience. Our innovative approach helped establish the startup’s credibility, generating significant interest, engagement, and valuable business conversations. Despite budget constraints, we delivered a standout presence at the trade show, demonstrating my ability to blend engineering, 3D design, and interactive multimedia to create groundbreaking brand experiences.
Art Studio 3D Visualization Project

Challenge:
A renowned watercolor artist needed photorealistic 3D renders to visualize their new studio layout before construction. The space had to be tailored to the artist’s creative workflow, efficient supply organization, and be fully handicap accessible.

Solution:
After conducting an on-site evaluation and gathering input, I:
• Drafted blueprints that ensured the layout was accessible, supporting both creative and operational needs.
• Created detailed 3D renders in Adobe Dimension to provide a clear visualization of the space.
• Collaborated closely with the client to refine the design, making sure it met both functional and accessibility requirements.

Outcome:
The final 3D renders allowed the client to confidently visualize the studio and make informed decisions. The design was approved, built, and ensured both the artist’s creative process and accessibility for her students, providing a functional, inclusive space.
